At Cradle, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cradle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
